Best Western Plus Hotel Stofella

This hotel is located in a good and safe area, zona 10. Plenty of restaurants in the next street parallel. The famous San Martin bakery and restaurant one block. In this hotel you find a lot of wood which gives a touch of luxury. Wooden floor in the rooms but a thick carpet in the corridors so that you don't hear the luggage rolling on the floor. The standard double room I had, has a huge bed very comfortable, a fridge, TV and furniture of brown color which looks like British style. A lot of place to put the luggage and clothes. Bathroom with a bath and shower with plenty of hot water. Toiletries. Good Buffet breakfast self service . We can see that this hotel is well managed. All the personal is very polite and friendly. Good value for money.

The hotel was a short ride from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to check in early. The impression of the room was average size, dated, but pleasant. The shower was separate but clean and nice, with a large mirror. The room came with a TV and a nice desk and chair to work. The water warning should be adhered to. Bring bottled water for brushing your teeth. Breakfast in the morning is recommended. It was good with different cooked eggs, bread, cereal and fresh fruit. The hotel was within walking distance of the malls and shopping areas. Across the street is an Applebee's, with a St Martins, McDonalds, and Pizza Hut about 2-5 mins walk. The area was very safe without any issues, even at night. I would recommend this hotel and its location.

This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.

Very close to the airport. You can reach it in 10 minutes from the airport. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff were very friendly. Helped us book our onward travel & allowed us to store luggage in the locked room during the day after checkout. The outside roomtop gym was ideal after a long day of travelling Late checkout (midday) always appreciated.

【Decoration】The hotel is vintage style, I love the atmosphere. And the double room is quite spacious for 2. 【Cuisines】The breakfasr offered are local traditional breakfast, I also ordered Risotto for dinner, which are all fantastic! Next time If I go to Guatemala again, I may choose Stofella again.
